I hate squats

I just did a new WATP workout:

Walk Strong Express

Its basically power walking and strength intervals.

Eff me.

Its only about 40mins long but I thought I was going to die.

The strength portion involves light weights (I used 2lbs) and more lunges and squats than I know what to do with. My quads and knees are now protesting me.

However, I did it. Whether I'll do that one again tomorrow or just walk the 5miles on the other DVD I dunno. As long as I do something.
