Ugh.........I got up, got dressed.......

intended to lace up....

then didn't.

I didn't sleep well, at all, last night.

I went through all my options:

5 mile WATP.

or circut 1 of 30 Day Shred

or maybe a different WATP workout

or hit the streets for a walk/jog.

None of it sounded appealing this morning.

So this morning not only am I tired and just not feeling the greatest, I'm also feeling like I'm doing all this for nothing. I don't feel like this is actually doing anything. No I don't own a scale so have no concrete evidence of whether or not I'm losing anything. My roomie has a fancy dancy digital scale that I just can't figure out. I just don't FEEL any different after about 5 weeks of doing this.

Ugh. I'm just having a blah morning. Off to hit the shower and meet my parents for lunch later.
