Silly limbs falling asleep

Day 5: WATP 1 mile
Day 6: WATP 2 miles

Today I planned to be the day I bump it up to 3 miles. However it would appear that walking today is a challenge.

Last night at work I stood up off my chair, realized my leg was sort of asleep, went to take one step and had nothing to stand on. I didn't realize my leg was THAT asleep. I rolled my ankle, which seems to be fine, but the side of my left foot is super sore. Since I have to be on my feet for 8hrs tonight at work I decided to skip the walking this morning and give my foot a day to sort itself out. I'll pick it back up tomorrow. Assuming my foot is feeling better I'll go for the 3miles tomorrow.

  1. Ugh, I've rolled my ankle so bad in the past, that just reading that made my head spin, literally! I hope it feels better soon!

    I'm so glad you're blogging again! You're a great writer :) I'm glad that you've decided to embark on this new healthy project.. we can do it together.. but I hope it means you still to sit on y our ass at least a LITTLE to chat with me... like.. now.. where are you??
