Hey Erin, I hope the work outs are still going well! I'm keep track of mine too, and I believe it will proove helpful, esspecially when I find myself slacking off. I still need to get a smaller set of hand weights for the 30 day shred. I've been using water bottles in the mean time hehe. Keep it going! Goodluck!
Maybe you can add hand weights to bring the intensity up if you want. :-)
